Chutney, a known complement to quick snacks and family meals. Pudina or Mint Chutney is very famous too, here’s how you can do it at home:
Things needed:
1) Ulunthu (Urdhall)
2) Paasiparuppu (Moong Dhal)
3) Cumin (Jeeragham)
4) Pudina Leaves (Mint Leaves)
5) Grated Coconut
6) Garlic
7) Ginger
8) Green Chillies
9) Salt
10) Tamarind Water
11) Dried Chillies
Ways to make:
1) Roast ulunthu (urdhall) , paasiparuppu (moong dhall) and cumin together.
2) Add grated coconut, mint leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
3) Pour in the tamarind water
4) Add in water
5) Blend it together
In another pan:
1) Fry urdhall(ulunthu), mixed seeds and dried chillies.
2) Pour it into the mixture
3) Chutney ready
