What resemblance do we see here between Premgi and Illayaraja? 

Of course we know for that Premgi and Illayaraja are related. In a statement, Premgi openly said that he copies music from Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja who is his uncle. 

To him that is his family's product and he has all the rights to use it. He also commented about the image of him resembling Ilayaraja was a response to filmmakers ask him if he could compose like his uncle but he said he could only dress like him.
