Great responses were earned from Suriya’s fans when Soorarai Pottru’s teaser was released on 7th January 2020. The teaser begins with a shot of Suriya, as a young man travelling in a crowded train. The year is 1984. “When I had Rs 6000 in hand and dreamt of starting an airlines company, the world called me a crazy person,” he begins telling us.

Suriya’s comeback was legit lit in this movie! Apparently, he was seen with long hair in one and crew cut in another. The teaser is really doing well to tease us now! He plays pilot officer in this film. Decent much but in Soorarai Pottru’s teaser, he seemed to be like an angry young man, but dedicated to his ambition. Wonder what’s the inside stories like.

For those who don’t know, Soorarai Pottru is based on the life of Captain Gr Gopinath – founder of the budget airline Air Deccan. Produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and the film debuted by the well-known Bollywood producer, Guneet Monga.
