Leading comedy hero, Santhanam was last seen in ‘Accused No.1’ featuring Tara Alissa Berry as the leading role. This movie was directed by Johnson and it was well recognized by the audience for its outstanding performance. 

The buzz isn’t about the movies lined up for the actor, but his current movie, Dagaalty, written and directed by Vijay Anand. Dagaalty is produced by SP Chowdary's 18 Reels and Santhanam's Handmade films, and the film also features Yogi Babu and Rittika playing a vital role.

Not only that, Vijay Narain is the composer for Dagaalty. In this case, we can already expect some good songs coming up. The shooting wrapped in September 2019 and now, we have been informed that the film is slated to be released worldwide on January 24th. Calling all Santhanam’s fans, the countdown can now begin!
