Rathnakumar’s next masterpiece Aadai is slated to hit the silverscreens come July 19. Written and directed by the man himself, the flick features Amala Paul in lead, essaying a never-seen-before role in Tamil cinema. 

Bankrolled by Viji Subramaniam under the banner V Studios, the flick has Pradeep Kumar and his band Oorka orchestrating the music. A Vijay Karthik Kannan cinematography, Aadai has been one of the most anticipated flicks of 2019 with it’s following growing by the numbers online.

Believed to be a thriller revolving around survival, the trailer shows Kaamini (Amala Paul) stripped bare and held captive in an abandoned building. If that alone doesn’t give you a lot to anticipate, the following tweet posted by the actress will surely add flame to the growing fire.

Released by Anurag Kashyap, the trailer shows the different shades of the character Kaamini which many would be able to relate to at the point of survival. If you’re one to enjoy bets, this movie is a must-not-be-missed!
