Arun Syarmaa, well-known with his stage name as Arunboii, a Klang native, is renowned for his unusual rap lyrics and style as well as his determined personality. 

He spent his childhood in Klang surrounded by the extreme discrimination Malaysian Indians faced and the prejudices they battled to overcome. With the intention of being the voice, he created the his debut song "Enge Port" and with its release, he entered the Malaysian Tamil rap scene. He was also crowned at the winner of Malaysia’s Anugerah Lagu Indie 2021 awards for his debut single.

Over the years, he has made few songs independently and also collaborating with other singers for their ventures as well. Arunboii is currently working on his album and planning to expand his creative works in Malaysia, Singapore, India & Europe.
