Your tongue is obviously not capable of speech, but through it’s form, size, texture, and colour, it can tell you a lot about the state of your health, and the best time to listen is during mornings in natural light before brushing your teeth.
For the best result, do not strain your tongue. Also, wait an hour or more after exposing your tongue to food, drinks, medicines, or cigarettes as these items can affect the colour of the coating on your tongue.
