Rainy days ahead thanks to La Nina, a phenomenon which happens when the surface ocean waters are cooler. According to the Malaysian Meteorological Department, we'll be experiencing heavier than usual rainfall these few months.

The East Coast (Pahang, Kelantan, and Terengganu) will experience the heaviest rainfall in Malaysia, and possible flash floods in Kuala Lumpur as well. Sabah and Sarawak will experience normal rainfall. However, Penang, Kedah, Perlis, and Perak will be getting lower than normal rainfall.

Remember to have your umbrellas and raincoats ready whenever you go out!
