Meet this 74 years old lady with 67 years of experience in Kalaripayattu. Meenakshi Amma is from
Puthupadam, Kerala. She started Kalaripayattu at the age of 7 and now she runs her own training academy with 150 students.
Meenakshi Amma does all this in a saree and she said that she is most comfortable in it. Believe it
or not, all the complicated and difficult movements are performed in a spree too.
