Don't correlate likes with your self worth. Your self worth is not based on numbers and there's more to you than meets the eye. Some people can experience extreme depression when they let this comparison eat away at them.

Seeing is always not believing. Take what you see on social media with a grain of salt because everything can be easily edited and altered to be more than the normal standards. Whether it is a person's lavish lifestyle, or flawless appearance, those can be easily edited behind the scene.

Influencers are just like us simply human as well. Don't compare yourself with them and forget what's within you. There have been cases where individuals are so absorbed with their Influencers till they try to copy them and lose their own identity.
Finally, a common faced by those using too much social media is that a lot of people start losing communication skills. Communicating through social media is not the same as there is a lack of personal connection and the heavy usage of short forms can decrease one's vocabulary and grammar.
