Sarath Babu is an ordinary railway clerk at the Nellore railway station in Andhra Pradesh. He may seem like an ordinary man, but in 1994 he rescued a child he found at the station. This motivated him to open up an orphanage for kids.
He adopted kids who were considered juveniles who were found stealing at the railway station. This home started off with 10 kids and today they have 153 children and they all call him “Daddy”.

Seeing all this, the residents of his village donated 4.5 acres of land for the orphanage where the kids grow crops and breed livestock. Today, some of the kids from the orphanage have become successful in various professions, some are engineers, some are professors etc.
He is an inspiration we need more Sarath Babu's.
