For one mum in Malaysia, all it took was an interest in cooking, and the desire to share her recipes with the rest of the world through her phone camera and simple editing, which has led to a booming YouTube channel with over 138,000 subscribers!!

Ms Sugu Pavithra, has become Malaysia’s newest cooking YouTube sensation!

Although she has only stated her YouTube channel on the 29^th of January this year she has posted 69 videos till date with her highest views of 506 000 for her “Suami masak Terung bulat tumis belacan” video.

Ms Pavitra has become the talk of may house holds for her easy and delicious recipes. Her simple language and presentation has made her more connectable as the neighborhood girl, it has helped her channel to reach out more. Meanwhile her contents mainly focus on cooking she also does feature her family in some videos, her husband and son who really enjoy her cooking and suppers her journey as youtuber reminds us the true family values during these times.
