The much anticipated film of Vikram, titled Chiyaan 60, is currently under production and director Karthik Subbaraj has given some exciting updates in a recent interview.

For the first time ever, Vikram will be sharing the screen with his son and actor Dhruv Vikram, and it is believed that Vikram will play a full fledged antagonist, while Dhruv plays the protagonist. The latest announcement of the father-son duo locking horns has pumped up the expectation for the movie.

50 percent of the Vikram-Dhruv starrer has been completed, and the production house is planning to resume filming, once the restrictions are lifted in Tamil Nadu, India.

Apart from this father-son duo, Bobby Simha is expected to play a pivotal role. 

The movie also features a star-studded cast, including Simran and Vani Bhojan. 

As it stands, the film is expected to hit theaters in 2022.
