Airbnb recently published their list of Neighbourhoods To Watch for 2017 and we're excited to see Malaysia in the list again! 

However, this neighbourhood to watch in Malaysia may not be a place you expect. It's not Bangsar, nor is it Damansara.

Kampung Baru, located in the heart of KL, is listed as the top two neighbourhoods to watch on Airbnb. The area has apparently seen a 976% growth in booking over the year. 

Other neighbourhoods in Southeast Asia include Din Daeng in Bangkok.
