Looks like Tourism Malaysia is gearing up hard with their Visit Malaysia 2020 campaigns this year, and they have even come out with a new logo featuring the iconic rhinoceros hornbill and the hibiscus flower, our “flower of celebration”. As stated in their webpage, the hornbill and hibiscus were chosen to “reflect our desire to look deep within, appreciate what we have, and showcase it to the world with pride”.
In order to boost and promote tourism, Tourism Malaysia has allowed the use of the logo on any promotional material, provided that the interested parties strictly adhere to the terms and conditions that can found on their website campaign section. YBhg. Datuk Musa Yusof, Director General of Tourism Malaysia said that “With an enhanced digital experience and experiential content, we hope to entice more international and local tourists to visit the various destinations in our country, in support of Visit Malaysia 2020."
