One of India’s iconic landmarks, the temple dates back as far as 2,500 years ago. Its complex is 14 acres and has 4,500 pillars and 14 towers. The temple brings in thousands of devotees and is especially crowded during the Tirukalyanam Festival. Despite this, it’s very well-maintained.
