The Taj Mahal, located in India, is one of the seven wonders of the world, and was built by The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.
Because of this, the Taj Mahal is often seen as a symbol of love in many parts of the world.
Centuries after the iconic monument of love was built, a teacher from India has built a replica of the Taj Mahal as a gift to his wife in Madhya Pradesh, India.
Photos and videos of the lovely gesture has gone viral and is now trending as the new #CoupleGoals.
The 929.03 sq metres marble house features towers around the compound and a 8.8 metres dome while the flooring and façade are made of marbles from Makrana that were also used in the original Taj Mahal.
The house, about one third the size of the original building, has four bedrooms, one hall, a library and a meditation room and took three years to build.
The construction of the extravagant house started three years ago, and the couple, who have two children in their early 20s, moved to their lavish abode this year. Since then, their house has been swarmed by locals and tourists alike. Many visit in the hope of capturing stylish pre-wedding shoots on a budget.
