Annaatthe will be Rajinikanth’s maiden collaboration with director Siva. Interestingly, Siva’s previous movie Viswasam, which starred Ajith in the lead, clashed at the box office with Petta in 2019. And both the films dominated the box office that year.
Fans of Superstar Rajini who have been missing him on the big screen have some amazing news to celebrate, the production house for Annaatthe have now announced a 2021 Deepavali release! Annaatthe will be released worldwide on November 4 this year. Sun Pictures, made the announcement on their social media handle.
The movie also stars Keerthy Suresh, Meena and Khushbhu in key roles. D Imman, who has previously worked with Siva in Viswasam will be playing his tunes in Annaatthe. The technical team also includes the fan favorite, cinematographer Vetri and editor Ruben. The film has been in making since December of 2019.
