Survivors of the crime of Commercial Exploitation of Children (CEC) are aiming to become top-notch lawyers. They all have different stories. Some were child brides sold into prostitution by their husbands, some were sent away by their families as domestic helps into unknown houses.

But they all seem to have one thing in common, the one thing that pushes them to aim for the best.
They want justice.

They are studying law to become public prosecutors to fight crime against girls in court. Backed by the School for Justice, they’re  collaborating with the top law colleges in India.

A recorded interview with Francis Gracias, the CEO of Free a Girl Movement India. revealed some pretty shocking details about why this movement is very much needed.

According to a study by ECPAT, 1.2 million children are the yearly survivors of this crime in South Asia. And the number keeps increasing year after year! However, only a fraction of the cases actually get reported.

Those who take it upon themselves to fight this crime are faced with death threats by mafias that run sex-trafficking rings. Prior to the School of Justice being found, Free a Girl Movement India’s operations at the red light districts ruffled a lot of feathers. However, the movement pressed on and grew big enough to establish the School of Justice.

Despite battling their own monsters and doing their best to heal and recover from the trauma of their pasts, these warrior women are not about to back down from this fight of their life time. To them, this is their journey to redemption.

The School of Justice takes it upon itself to map the skill of each girl alongside Law experts from across India and do the needful to get this girls credible education that would allow them to fight in the court of law.

Unashamed about their stories, these girls expose their identities without apprehension so that they are unrestricted in seeking justice for themselves and preventing the same fate from befalling another girl!
