Recently, we saw the release of STR’s first-look from his upcoming movie Eeswaran. Months of hard work and dieting by the actor to achieve the desired look had paid off, and is clearly visible in the poster. Needless to say it had left millions, us included, mind blown.

In the poster release, STR is seen in his best shape, striking a pose with a snake resting on his shoulders.

The upcoming movie Eeswaran is written and directed by Suseenthiran. Themed as a rural drama, the movie went on floors last week. The film is expected to hit screens during Pongal next year.

STR, who had been receiving harsh criticism from the audience in the last few years, had deactivated his social media accounts. However, it appears that STR is looking at the upcoming film as his redemption and has once again reactivated his Twitter and Facebook handles releasing a 57-second training montage of the star getting back in shape.

The new and improved STR has inspired many to get in shape and proved that when there’s a will there’s always a way.
