New Year is just few days away and all of us are already gearing up with new resolutions to make a change in 2020. But is that all? The bitter truth is we intend to set a couple of resolutions for the upcoming year but always fail to accomplish them. Reading is definitely not everyone’s option but try to carve out some time from your busy schedule to read something. It can be online articles or even the newspaper. Most importantly, read what interests you or else you will end up snoring.
3. Celebrate small wins.

Live in the present moment and acknowledge that. We don’t have to dawdle by waiting for something big to celebrate. No matter what your wins are, reward yourself! Happiness doesn’t come in sizes.
4. Track your progress

Admit that we are only good at initiating the new resolutions but often found deficient by the end of January 2020. If you want to know why, that’s because you didn’t track your betterment on what you started on your own. Remember, these resolutions were set by yourself.
5. Take care of your mental health.
