3) Create a food diary:
Track what you eat for each meal, meal time and the amount that you take. You can also track if you have missed a meal which will lead to excess eating at night.
4) Indulge in physical activities:
Go on regular exercise and brisk walks. It helps in calorie burning and promotes fat loss.
