Women's singles top seed out of Malaysia International Challenge in KK

National shuttler and top seed Tee Jing Yee has lost in the quarterfinals of the women's singles event at the Msia International Challenge in KK.
Jing Yee went down in straight sets to Sayaka Takahashi of Japan.
Top seeded mens doubles reps Tan Chee Tean/Tan Wee Gieen also suffered a similiar fate as they lost to fellow Msians Chooi Kah Ming and Low Juan Shen in the last 8.
Meanwhile, Chow Mei Kuan/ Lee Meng Yean who are also top seeds made it to the semis of the womens doubles category
