No major summer signings for Liverpool

Jul 10, 2019

Don't expect Liverpool to make any big name signings during the current transfer window.

According to latest reports, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp feels there is no need to make any major squad reinforcements, as established players like Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are coming back from long-term injury.

Klopp will only dip into the transfer market if the right player comes along.

So far, Liverpool have only made one signing this summer.. teenaged defeder Sepp  van den Berg.

Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists that the club will NOT be forced into selling Paul Pogba.

The Frenchman is said to be desperate to leave Old Trafford this summer, and has been linked with Real Madrid and Juventus.

Solskjaer says so far, no offers have been made for Pogba, adding that United will only consider selling him at the end of NEXT season.

Man City will only allow Fabian Delph to leave if the midfielder submits a formal transfer request.

This comes amid reports that he's a target of Everton and Galatasaray.

Delph made just 11 League appearances last season, and could be further sidelined, now that City have signed Rodri from Atletico Madrid.
