Yamaha docked MotoGP points

Yamaha have been officially docked MotoGP Constructors and Team points, for making unapproved technical changes to their engine at the season-opening Spanish GP.

The motorcycle racing governing body docked Yamaha 50 Constructors points, and also deducted points from its factory and satellite teams.

However, the ruling does not impact their riders, meaning that Petronas Yamaha SRT's Fabio Quartararo is still in second place in the world championship standings.
