Danny Drinkwater has joined Chelsea from Leicester for 35 million pounds.
The 27-year-old England international made 35 appearances in Leicester's 2015-16 title-winning campaign alongside N'Golo Kante, who joined Chelsea last July.
In other done deals, France defender Mamadou Sakho has joined Crystal Palace from Liverpool on a four-year deal.
Elsewhere, Kylian Mbappe has joined PSG on loan from Monaco, and the French club have an option to buy the player at the end of the season.
