Djokovic and Federer ease into US Open last-16

Novak Djokovic has reached the last-16 of the US Tennis Open, after beating American Denis Kudla in straight sets.

The defending champion will go on to face Stan Wawrinka.

Earlier, Roger Federer also advanced, and will next face Belgium's David Goffin.

Over in the women's draw, Serena Williams, Johanna Konta and Ashleigh Barty all progressed.

Europa League group stage draw highlights

The draw for the group stage of the Europa League has been completed.

Man United will face Astana, Partizan Belgrade and AZ Alkmaar in Group L,
Arsenal are in Group F and face Eintracht Frankfurt, Standard Liege and Vitoria.
Wolves have been drawn together with Besiktas, Braga, and Slovan Bratislava in Group K.

Simone Biles' brother charged with murder

The brother of US Olympic gold medal gymnast Simone Biles has been charged with murder.

The 24-year-old was arrested yesterday in connection with a shooting on New Years Eve, that left three men dead and two more injured.
