Chong Wei is back in training!

Datuk Lee Chong Wei has officially returned for his first day of training with BAM, since coming back from nose cancer treatment in Taiwan last year.

The national badminton ace was observed by a physiotherapist, as well as men's singles coaches Datuk Misbun Sidek and Hendrawan.

Chong Wei last played competitively at the Indonesian Open last year, when he lost to Japan's Kento Momota in the semifinals.

Cristiano Ronaldo wins Best Player at Globe Soccer Awards

Cristiano Ronaldo has won Best Player for a third consecutive year, at the 2019 Globe Soccer Awards.

The Juventus star nabs the honour for the fifth time since 2011, ahead of Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann and PSG's Kylian Mbappe.

Atletico, meanwhile, won Best Club of the Year, and World Cup-winning France boss Didier Deschamps took home Best Coach.

Max Verstappen slams F1 "keyboard warriors"

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has slammed netizens for their inaccurate criticisms of him on social media.

The Dutchman ended the 2018 F1 season as one of the strongest drivers overall, but had faced backlash over a series of mistakes throughout the year.

Although Verstappen admits he did start 2018 on a low, he believes he has improved a lot since then.
