Man United produced a stunning comeback from two goals down to secure a 3-2 EPL win over Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils had conceded twice inside the opening four minutes, but responded via goals from Christian Eriksen and Casemiro as well as a Bruno Fernandes penalty.

In other Premier League results, West Ham went top of the table after beating Brighton 3-1.

Second-placed Tottenham defeated Bournemouth 2-0.

Brentford and Crystal Palace played out a 1-1 draw.

Wolves edged bottom-club Everton by a goal to nil.

While Arsenal were held to a 2-2 draw by Fulham.

Back home in the Malaysian Super League …JDT dropped points for the first time this season, as the leaders were held to a 3-all draw by Kedah.

Sabah beat Negeri Sembilan 3-1.

While Terengganu overcame Kuching City 2-nil.

Malaysia has finished fourth at the AFF Under-23 Championship, after losing 4-3 on penalties to Thailand in the third-place playoff.

Still on our athletes…defending men’s doubles champions Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik are out of the Badminton World Championships, after a straight sets defeat to their South Korean opponents in the semifinals.

And, championship leader Max Verstappen has taken pole position for his home Dutch F1 GP…ahead of Lando Norris and George Russel.
