Xabi Alonso's Future To Be Decided Soon

Officials from Bayer Leverkusen say a decision on the future of boss Xabi Alonso could be made within a few weeks.  

The German club said this amid rumours that Alonso could leave this summer to take charge at Real Madrid.  

Current Real boss Carlo Ancelotti is widely expected to leave the Spanish giants after their Champions League quarterfinal exit. 

Rumours suggest that the Italian could become Brazil's next head coach.

Man City boss Pep Guardiola insists that tomorrow morning's home Premier League match against Aston Villa is just as important as a cup final, because of what's at stake. 

A win for City would move them up to third place in the standings and give their Champions League qualifying hopes a major boost.
