Ole on the verge of being sacked after Watford humiliation

Manchester United have reportedly agreed to sack manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer.
It follows their humiliating 4-1 EPL defeat to Watford last night which left them with just one win in their last seven league games.
Multiple sources say the board has agreed to dismiss Ole, but are finalising some details before an official announcement is made.
Its believed that assistant coach Michael Carrick and technical director Darren Fletcher could be put in charge temporarily, until a permanent replacement is found.
Brendan Rodgers, Mauricio Pochettino and even Zinedine Zidane are some of the names who’ve recently been linked with the United job.

While Aston Villa overcame Brighton 2-0…in Steven Gerrard’s first game as Villa boss.

Xavi’s first game as Barcelona manager has ended in victory.
They defeated Espanyol 1-0 in La Liga’s Catalan derby…to sit in sixth place in the standings.
Meanwhile champions Atletico Madrid enjoyed a 1-0 victory over Osasuna.

It was enough to send the Paris club 13-points clear at the top of the standings.

Malaysia’s Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik are out of the Indonesian Badminton Masters, after losing to Japan’s Takuro Hoki-Yugo Kobayashi in the men’s doubles semifinals.
Another Malaysian pair, Ong Yew Sin and Teo Ee Yi also fell in the last four, losing to world number ones Marcus Fernaldi Gideon-Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo.
