All good between Messi and Pochettino

PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino has denied his relationship with star forward Lionel Messi is on the rocks.

This comes amid reports that Messi was unhappy and puzzled with his 75th minute substitution in a match yesterday.

Pochettino clarified Messi was okay with being taken off and emphasized that all his decisions on the pitch are for the good of the team.

Atletico Madrid boss confident in Luiz Suarez and Antoine Griezmann

Atletico Madrid head coach Diego Simeone says he has full confidence in Luis Suarez and Antoine Griezmann.

He believes despite their slow starts to the season, Suarez and Griezmann just need a bit more time to get back into top form.

Suarez has only netted once in six appearances for Atletico, while Griezmann has yet to find the back of the net in three games.

It’s unclear whether the duo will be handed starting positions in tomorrow morning’s La Liga match against Getafe.

Concerns Hamilton and Verstappen could crash again

There are concerns that Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen will collide again at this weekend’s Russian F1 GP.

GP Drivers’ Association chairman Alex Wurz told Sky Sports, with just five points separating the two in the title race, the intense rivalry could culminate in another crash.

Hamilton and Verstappen have already collided on the racetrack twice this season.
