Martin Ødegaard is officially an Arsenal player

Martin Odegaard has been officially unveiled as an Arsenal player.
The midfielder joined from Real Madrid on a permanent transfer, after impressing in his short half season loan last year.
However, the Norwegian will not be available for the Gunners in their Premier League match against Chelsea this weekend, as he is still awaiting visa clearance

Gunners boss reveal EPL denied request to call of match

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says he is surprised the Premier League match against Brentford last weekend was not postponed, after several of his squad contracted COVID-19.
Arteta revealed the Gunners had requested for the match to be called off, but the EPL disagreed.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Willian tested positive for Covid-19 before the match.
It’s unclear whether Aubameyang and Lacazette will be fit for the Gunner’s EPL match against Chelsea this weekend.

No decision yet when Messi will make PSG debut

PSG have yet to decide if new signing Lionel Messi will make his debut in tomorrow morning’s Ligue 1 match at Brest.
Boss Mauricio Pochettino said he is still evaluating his options, and will assess the six-time Ballon d’Or winner to see if he’s fit to play.
Messi has yet to play a match since last month’s Copa America, but is in full training with PSG.
