Spain On The Verge Of A World Cup Spot

Spain are on the verge of booking their place at next year’s World Cup after beating Georgia 4-0 in their qualifying tie this morning.
The former winners will go through if they can avoid a heavy defeat against Turkiye in their final group tie this coming Wednesday.
In other selected qualifying results, Belgium were held to a surprise 1-1 draw by Kazakhstan.
Greece overcame Scotland 3-2.
Denmark and Belarus played out a 2-2 draw.
While Switzerland thrashed Sweden 4-1.
