Rooney tips Southgate to become full-time England boss

England captain Wayne Rooney has backed interim boss Gareth Southgate become the national team's permanent manager.
He says, Southgate has done "a really good job" during his first three games in charge.
According to reports, Southgate is set to confirmed as England manager after guiding his team to a 3-nil win over Scotland, in their recent World Cup qualifier.
Meanwhile, Man United legend Phil Neville will likely become England under-21 boss if Southgate is promoted.
