Paul Pogba removed from Man United captaincy

Manchester United manager José Mourinho says Paul Pogba will no longer captain the team this season, amid concerns about the midfielder's attitude. 

The Frenchman, who has already hinted at a possible exit, had angered his manager when he publicly criticised the team's tactics over the weekend.

Mourinho, however, told SkySports there is no truth to speculation that his relationship with Pogba is fast approaching breaking point.

This comes as United were knocked out of the League Cup by Derby County this morning, losing 8-7 in a sudden-death penalty shootout.
