Mourinho rejects chance to become best-paid football manager in the world

Jose Mourinho reportedly turned down a chance to become the best-paid football manager in the world. 

Reports say the former Man United boss was approached by Chinese Super League side Guangzhou Evergrande, who were ready to give him a multi-year contract worth a whopping 88 million pounds a year. 

However, he rejected the proposal, saying he wants to stay and Europe, in order to try and win the Champions League for a third time.

Mourinho previously won it with Porto and Inter Milan. 

 Gabriel Jesus apologises for Copa America final outburst

Gabriel Jesus has apologised, for his behavior after being sent off in Brazil's Copa America final win over Peru. 

Jesus played a large part in their 3-1 victory, scoring a goal and assisting another, before he was shown a second yellow card towards the end of the match.

The Man City star reacted badly to his dismissal..

He punched the side of a dugout, tried to push over a VAR monitor, and then broke down in tears in the tunnel.

Real told Pogba to go on United tour

Real Madrid have told Paul Pogba to join up with the rest of the Man United squad, for their pre-season tour of Australia and Asia. 

It's believed that Pogba had threatend to boycott the tour, to help force a move to Real. 

However, new reports say that Real persuaded him to call off his strike, because their're worried that it could derail their talks with United.
