Malaysia kept their hopes alive for Sudirman Cup quater-finals

Malaysia have kept their hopes of reaching the Sudirman badminton Cup quarterfinals alive, after beating India 3-2 in their final Group D tie. 

It went down the wire, as women's doubles pair Chow Mei Kuan/Lee Meng Yean won the final match. 

Men's Singles ace Lee Zii Jia, and men's doubles pair Aaron Chia/Teo Ee Yii also won their respective matches. 

Pep Guardiola hints Vincent Kompany could return to Man City as manager

Man City boss Pep Guardiola has hailed Vincent Kompany, who is ending his 11-year-spell at the club. 

Guardiola also says he fully expects Kompany to return to City in the future, as their manager. 

Kompany recently announced that he's leaving City to return to his former club Anderlecht, as their player-manager.

Throughout his spell at City, Kompany helped City win 4 EPL titles, 4 League Cups and 2 FA Cups. 

Blues approve Eden Hazard's transfer to Real Madrid

Chelsea are reportedly set to give the green light to Eden Hazard's proposed move to Real Madrid. 

The Blues were initially reluctant to let him go, but have now decided to cash in on the star player, in order to help balance their books. 

Chelsea will try to sell Hazard for around 87 million pounds, but Real may push for a lower lower fee.
