Hendo: Liverpool must show hunger

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has urged his teammates to show their hunger to retain the Premier League title, when they face Arsenal in the Community Shield tomorrow night.

Henderson adds, he's confident that Liverpool are up to the task of defending the title, despite a lack of major signings so far.

Currently the Reds have only made one signing this summer, snapping up left-back Kostas Tsimikas from Olympiacos.

Catch the Community Shield from 11.30pm tomorrow night, LIVE on Astro Channel 813.

Messi set to publicly address transfer issue

Lionel Messi will soon make his first public comment about his ongoing transfer saga.

According to Spanish media, the Barcelona superstar is expected to speak out within the next few days, over his controversial transfer request following a trophyless season.

He has been linked with the likes of Man City, where he would be reunited with former Barca boss Pep Guardiola, while PSG are also thought to be interested.

Bottas: Mercedes will retain all-black suits

Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas says the team won't change the colour of their overalls for this weekend's Belgian F1 GP.

At the previous race in Spain, Bottas complained that the all-black suit absorbed a lot of heat, and he lost 3 kilos of weight as track temperatures reached a scorching 50 degrees celcius.

However, he says more moderate conditions are expected for this weekend's event.
