Christian Pulisic to miss Chelsea v Sheffield United

Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic will be absent for the Blues when they meet Sheffield United in the Premier League early tomorrow morning.

He is out with a hamstring injury sustained in the warm-up against Burnley last weekend.

Meanwhile, midfielder Kai Havertz is self-isolating after testing positive for Covid-19.


Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has called on Wales to be cautious with Gareth Bale while he is on international duty, fearing the work the forward has done to get back to full fitness could be destroyed.

Bale is in the squad as he makes his way back from a knee injury, a recovery which
has been carefully managed by Tottenham since he rejoined on loan in September.

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos have reportedly agreed on a new contract extension with the club, a two-year deal but without a pay rise.

They had been in dispute as Real had been offering one-year with a pay-rise, while Ramos was insisting on a longer arrangement.
