Champions League draw has been finalised

The Champions League quarterfinal draw has just been finalised!

The first quarterfinal will see the winner of the Real Madrid and Man City last 16 game, meet the winner of the Lyon-Juventus match. 

In another interesting match-up, the winner of the game between Napoli and Barcelona will go against Chelsea or Bayern Munich. 

Meanwhile, RB Leipzig are set to take on Atletico Madrid. 

While Atalanta will meet PSG. 

Local non-contact sports competitions allowed starting next Wednesday

Local sports competitions will be allowed to be held starting next Wednesday. 

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says they must be held behind closed doors and only for non-contact sports. 

This includes motor racing, gymnastics, diving and tennis. 

Meanwhile local competitions for contact sports can start from August 15th, including the Malaysian football league and hockey league.

Recreational contact sports allowed next Wednesday

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says starting next weekend Malaysians will be allowed to take part in recreational contact sports.

In line with that, operators of sports facilities like futsal courts and sports academies can also reopen next Wednesday.
