Azeem To Skip Asian Championship

Malaysia will not have the services of Azeem Fahmi at the Asian Athletics Championships in May.
The US-based national sprinter says he will be skipping the Asian meet, as it clashes with his NCAA collegiate events.
Azeem’s main goal is to make the NCAA grand final, as well as to break his own 100m national record, and qualify for the World Championships.

FIFA has announced that the winner of this year’s Club World Cup will receive up to 125 million US dollars in prize money.
All 32 teams will share a 525 million dollar pot for participating, but will also receive additional performance-based bonuses.
