UCL: 3 More Spots Up For Grabs

5 teams will be competing for the last three available Champions League spots tonight, on the final day of the EPL season.  

This includes Chelsea and Nottingham Forest, who will face each other for a top five finish.  

You can catch Forest vs Chelsea from 11pm LIVE on Astro channel 811 and on the Sooka app.  

Man City, Newcastle and Aston Villa will also be vying for automatic qualification - with City traveling to Fulham, Newcastle hosting Everton and Villa taking on Man United at Old Trafford.

Real Madrid gave departing boss Carlo Ancelotti a winning farewell, after they beat Real Sociedad 2-0 at the Bernabeu.  

Ancelotti is leaving the La Liga runners up to coach Brazil's national team.

Former Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is reportedly close to reaching a deal to take charge at Bayer Leverkusen.  

He'll replace Xabi Alonso, who's set to replace Ancelotti at Real.
