So far 4 of our reps have reached the China badminton Open quarterfinals.  

Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik advanced after beating beating their French opponents in today's second round action.  

Pearly Tan-M Thinaah, Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei and Ong Yew Sin-Teo Ee Yi also booked their places in the last-eight. 

However Leong Jun Hao crashed out.

Real Madrid are ready to spend over £100 million to beef up their defence this summer. 

Accordfing to Spanish reports, the money will be used to sign Liverpool's Ibrahima Konate and Arsenal's William Saliba.  

Real are looking to add depth to their back line, due to form and fitness issues surrounding David Alaba, Raul Asencio and Eder Militao.

Barcelona have cancelled the Japanese leg of their pre-season tour of Asia, where they scheduled to play a friendly against Vissel Kobe this weekend.  

The Catalan giants say it was due to contractual breaches by the promoter, but didn't elaborate further.
