Arteta: Arsenal Weren't Good Enough!
Apr 24, 2025

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta admits the team were not good enough in this morning's 2-2 Premier League draw with Crystal Palace.
The Gunners squandered their lead twice during the game, and Arteta said it was due to a lack of consistency in many areas.
The result put Liverpool on the brink of becoming EPL champions, as they only need one more point to lift the trophy.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will have a week to prepare for their next game, against PSG in the Champions League semifinals.

Separately, reports say Arsenal are still hopeful of signing Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi this summer.
This is despite rumours claiming that Zubimendi would prefer a move to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid have suffered an injury blow ahead this weekend's Copa del Rey final against Barcelona.
This is after David Alaba and midfielder Eduardo Camavinga suffered injuries in Real's 1-0 La Liga win over Getafe this morning.
According to boss Carlo Ancelotti, both appeared to have suffered leg muscle injuries, and further scans will be conducted to determine the extent of the damage.
