Liverpool’s hopes of finishing in the EPL top-four suffered a setback, after they were held to a 1-1 draw away to Leeds this morning.
Sadio Mane had given the Reds a first-half lead and they were three minutes away from a crucial win, only for Diego Llorente to net an equalizer for the home side.
The result leaves Liverpool sixth in the standings…two points off the top four.

There are now concerns that this summer’s Euro 2020 could be without some of the biggest names in football.
This, as UEFA repeated its warning about banning players who feature in the controversial Super League, from competing for their national teams.
Even fans are against the new competition, with nearly 70 percent of those surveyed in the UK saying they are strongly opposed to the move.
It comes after 12 of Europe’s biggest clubs, including the Premier League’s big six, announced that they are breaking away from the Champions League to compete in their own closed-format tournament.

Two names have emerged as potential targets to replace Jose Mourinho, who was sacked as Tottenham manager yesterday after just 17 months in charge.
Reports say RB Leipzig boss Julian Nagelsmann and Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers are the two preferred candidates.
Nagelsmann is also one of the favourites for the soon-to-be vacant Bayern Munich job.
