The Foxes blew a two-goal lead to concede twice against their Serie A rivals, including a late equalizer.

In other selected Europa League results

West Ham defeated Dinamo Zagreb 2-0

Lyon overcame Rangers also 2-0

While Galatasaray edged past Lazio 1-0.

Over in the Conference League…Tottenham had to come from behind to draw 2-2 with Rennes.

While Roma thrashed CSKA Sofia 5-1…for their sixth win in a row in all competitions under Jose Mourinho.

England have leapfrogged world champions France into third place in FIFA’s latest football rankings.

Gareth Southgate’s side are in the top three for the first time in nine years, behind Brazil and leaders Belgium.

France, and Euro 2020 winners Italy round up the top five.

FIFA claims the fans want the World Cup to be held every two years.

According to the football governing body, a survey of supporters showed a majority of them are in favour of holding the tournament more frequently.

This comes amid growing opposition from within the game to a biennial World Cup.

European governing body UEFA, Europe’s top leagues as well as the global players union are among the harshest critics of the two-year cycle.
