The English FA has officially announced Thomas Tuchel as the next England manager.
This is after the former Chelsea and Bayern Munich boss signed an 18-month contract.
He'll be assisted by English coach Anthony Barry, who previously worked under Tuchel at Chelsea and Bayern.
They will officially start work on January 1st, meaning that interim boss Lee Carsley will remain in charge for England's next two Nations League fixtures next month.
The German will be England's third–ever foreign manager after Sven Goran Eriksen and Fabio Capello.
Meanwhile, England captain Harry Kane has backed Tuchel to do well at his new job.
Kane adds they had a good working relationship when Tuchel coached Bayern last season.
