Spain are the Euro 2024 champions.

They defeated England 2-1 in this morning’s final, with Mikel Oyarzabal netting the winner four minutes from time, to help his side lift the trophy for a record fourth time.

The Spaniards also won every single game this tournament, en-route to their latest title.

They also swept two individual awards – with Rodri being named the player of the tournament, while Lamine Yamal picked up the young player of the tournament prize, just days after his 17th birthday.

As for England, the defeat extends their 58-year wait for a major trophy.
