Liverpool have celebrated a fourth consecutive Premier League win after taking down bottom of the table Burnley 1-0.

Fabinho scored the only goal of the match just before halftime with help from teammate Sadio Mane, who was playing his first match for the Reds since returning from international duty.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp heaped praise upon his players, saying they did well despite the rainy and windy conditions.

Tottenham’s dismal run in the Premier League continued with a 2-0 defeat to Wolves.

Critics blamed the defeat on poor goalkeeping from Hugo Lloris, which saw Wolves score both goals within the first 20 minutes.

The defeat also marked the first time Spurs boss Antonio Conte has lost three league games in a row in over a decade.

Newcastle defeated Aston Villa 1-0 to go four points clear of the relegation zone.

However, the win came at a price, with goal-scorer Kieran Trippier taken off with a foot injury shortly after half-time.

And West Ham boss David Moyes says controversial defender Kurt Zouma was removed from the squad that drew 2-2 with Leicester this morning because he was unwell.

Zouma has been the target of intense criticism since a video emerged of him abusing a cat.
